I believe that life begins at conception this is a scientific fact. Inert objects do not grow. What level of respect for life should a healthy society promote? This is an issue that has rightfully polarized public opinion since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision. For me, this issue does not stand alone from the death penalty and a persons Choice to end one's own life when all hope of Quality in living has disappeared. Society can only gain respect for life if we engage in meaningful discussions, not silly debates where opposing factions refuse to listen to the other sides position about which position has more merit.
